Send a request for access with your name, clinic name and email. We set up your clinic and email you your login details, usually within 24 hours. Then add your services and doctors and start booking.

No. DentaSaaS runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet or phone. Nothing to download or maintain.

Each clinic's data is kept separate from every other clinic, staff sign in with individual accounts, and passwords are stored hashed rather than in plain text. Our support team can open a clinic's account only to help with a request, and the account shows a banner while that happens. You are responsible for choosing strong passwords and for who you give access to.

Yes. You can switch the interface between English and Hindi from the top bar, and the choice is remembered for your clinic.

No. It prepares appointment confirmations and treatment reminders with the patient's details filled in and opens WhatsApp so that you can review and send them. Nothing is sent on your behalf.

You can add a GST or tax percentage to each invoice, and your GSTIN is printed on the invoice PDF. DentaSaaS does not file GST returns, and whether GST applies to your services is something to confirm with your accountant.

Message us on WhatsApp and we will help you upgrade. We accept UPI and bank transfer. Your plan is activated once payment is received.

Yes. Ask us on WhatsApp to change your plan. If a paid plan expires without renewal, your clinic moves to the Free plan; your data is kept, and the Free plan limits apply to new entries.

Yes. We help every new clinic get started over WhatsApp at no extra charge, from adding services and doctors to booking the first appointments.
