Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and DentaSaaS ("we", "us") for the use of our dental clinic management software and website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

1. Who may use DentaSaaS

DentaSaaS is for dental clinics and practitioners. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to accept these terms for your clinic.

2. The service

DentaSaaS is web-based software for managing appointments, patient records, invoices, prescriptions, treatment plans and related clinic work. Which features and limits you get depends on your plan. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Accounts and security

• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for everything done through your clinic's accounts, including those of your staff.
• Keep passwords confidential, give each person their own login, and switch off access for people who leave.
• Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Your data and your responsibilities

You own the data you put into DentaSaaS. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of that data, including having any consent required from your patients, and for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to your clinic.

DentaSaaS is a record-keeping and management tool. It does not give medical advice, does not diagnose or recommend treatment, and is not a medical device. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating practitioner. Please keep your own copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

5. Plans, fees and payment

• The Free plan has no charge. Paid plans and their prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with reasonable notice.
• Paid plans are paid in advance for the period you choose. We arrange payment with you directly, currently by UPI or bank transfer, and activate the plan once payment is received.
• We do not charge you automatically. If a paid plan is not renewed when it ends, your clinic moves to the Free plan and the Free plan's limits apply to new entries. Your existing data is kept.
• Prices are the amounts stated at the time of payment. Any tax that applies will be shown separately.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use DentaSaaS to break the law; to attempt to gain access to other clinics' data or to our systems; to interfere with or overload the service; to copy, resell or reverse engineer the software; to upload malicious code; or to share your login with people outside your clinic.

7. Intellectual property

We own the DentaSaaS software, design and brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service for your clinic while your account is active. Your data remains yours.

8. Availability

We work to keep DentaSaaS available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance, and the service may be affected by things outside our control, such as internet or hosting outages.

9. Disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using DentaSaaS at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms, is used unlawfully, or puts the service or other clinics at risk. After closure we will handle your data as described in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using DentaSaaS after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms.
