Why multi-visit treatments need their own tracking
A single appointment is easy to remember. A treatment that runs over several weeks is not: patients postpone, forget the next step, or quietly drop out before the treatment is finished.
A treatment plan gives every long treatment a visible status. You can see which patients are mid-way, which sessions are coming up and which plans have not moved for a while.
